The network for the Charter for another Europe is constituted in the framework of the ESF process after the referendum consultations about the european constitution.
Another Europe is possible: this is the horizon created by the anti-neoliberal social movements, creating a new stage in constructing a Europe of peoples.

In Istanbul, the network held a meeting, at which 28 people attended and many of them spoke. The meeting lasted almost 3 hours. The points discussed were:
seminars and assembliess to propose for the ESF Malmö,
as well as items to work to involve other organizations and networks in our process
the proposals made by our friend (s) french (es) on the consultation of the European peoples for the ’Modified Treaty ’
the organization and financing of the website.
