EP 2. How to improve the efficiency of the EPA and ESF process there are several proposals:
ep 2.1. Have a rotating coordination group composed by a) the ESF hosting country, b) the last EPA’s hosting country, c) the current EPA’s hosting country. (as decision made in Brussel 2005)
